Rohit Grover

Rohit Grover

President, International

Rohit Grover is President, International, for The Hershey Company. In this role, he leads the vision, strategy and financial delivery for Hershey’s International business (90 brands, 85 countries).

He most recently led Hershey’s business in China as Vice President, General Manager, Greater China, where he led a major turnaround and restructuring of that business. 

Previously, Grover ran Hershey’s Global Walmart & club channels, where he drove sequential growth, reengaged stakeholders and created the club strategy while turning around this business. He was also Vice President Hershey Canada, where he transformed the business and culture, leading to accelerated growth. 

Grover joined The Hershey Company in 1999 and held various leadership positions starting in sales in the Caribbean; business development in Russia and the UK; International Licensing; GM South East Asia; and General Manager, Middle East, where he led Hershey’s entry into the region.

Grover began his career at Colgate Palmolive, India, in the Marketing group focusing on the Household Cleaning category, after which he moved to MTV, India.

An entrepreneur at heart, he is results-oriented, leads by empowering and enjoys growing businesses, developing high-performance teams, challenging the status quo, and working with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic groups. He does not shy away from making tough decisions.

A native of India, Grover holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Miami, graduating top of his class. In addition, he has attended several executive programs at the University of Chicago and Harvard Business School. He is currently based in Dubai with his wife and son. He loves to travel, bicycle, run and ski.

Gloria Frauenfelder

Gloria Frauenfelder

CFO, Hershey Trading

Gloria Frauenfelder is CFO, Hershey Trading. In this role, she has accountability for financial planning, cashflow and tax for Hershey International and leads the procurement finance of Hershey Trading.

Prior to joining Hershey, Frauenfelder worked for Kraft/Mondelez in their procurement office in Zug, Switzerland for more than 10 years. She led the global management and reporting of derivatives/compliance to drive profitable growth while leading strategic planning.

Frauenfelder holds a finance and administration degree and a Chartered Accounting/Controlling (CPA).

William Pritchett

William Pritchett

Vice President, International Finance and Commercial Operations 

William Pritchett is Vice President, International Finance and Commercial Operations at The Hershey Company. In this role, he leads the International Finance team across Hershey’s six International markets, as well as Marketing, Innovation and Strategy for the International business. Additionally, Pritchett heads the global World Travel Retail business.

Prior to this, Pritchett served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Insights for Hershey, with responsibilities for driving Hershey’s strategic direction and ensuring execution of that strategy at both the enterprise and business unit levels, and leading business insights and advanced analytics teams in leveraging disparate data sources to uncover meaningful insights and identify strategic growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Hershey in 2013, Pritchett worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a Principal and core member of the firm’s Strategy and Corporate Development practice areas. He has significant functional experience across a wide spectrum of areas, including brand/product strategy, M&A, transformation, R&D strategy, adjacent market expansion, post-merger integration and business model innovation. He has deep industry expertise in the consumer goods, retail and healthcare industries. Prior to working at BCG, he was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where he served as a submarine officer, with leadership responsibilities in tactics, operations and engineering.

Pritchett holds a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, where he was valedictorian, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas.

Subas Visvalingam

Subas Visvalingam

VP, International Supply Chain and S/4

Subas Visvalingam is VP, International Supply Chain and S/4, a role he moved into in November 2021. In this role, he has accountability for leading and driving strategic supply chain operational plans for international markets including manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, demand/supply planning and import/export, as well as leading the S/4 transformation for Global Supply Chain. Prior to this role, Visvalingam was the Senior Director, ERP Global Supply Chain, and led the global S/4 program.

Before relocating to the U.S., Visvalingam was the Director, AEMEA (Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa) Supply Chain and the Malaysia Plant. He was accountable for developing an optimal supply chain network, providing reliable service through the order-to-cash process, and actively leading the Integrated Business Management (IBM) process in the areas of demand and supply planning. He successfully led the startup and stabilization of a greenfield manufacturing facility and regional distribution center in Malaysia that exports to more than 35 markets in AEMEA.

Visvalingam joins Hershey from Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he held product supply leadership positions in its Asia Skin & Personal Cleansing business unit and ASEAN market operations. He managed and successfully led the product supply integration of P&G and Gillette in ASEAN, Australasia and India.

Prior to P&G, Visvalingam gained management consultancy experience working for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting, project managing a wide variety of supply chain improvement assignments across Asia Pacific with major multinational consumer business and high-tech clients. He began his career as a Senior Test Product Engineer at National Semiconductor.Visvalingam received a Master of Business Administration degree from Cranfield University, United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in electronic and computer engineering from Malaysia. He is certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) from APICS USA.

Vincent Walter

Vincent Walter

Assistant General Counsel, Director International

Vincent Walter is the Assistant General Counsel, Director International at The Hershey Company.

Prior to joining Hershey, Walter served as Head of Legal for the Middle East and North Africa division of Mercedes-Benz Middle East FZE UAE. He brings more than 15 years of broad, cross-industry global experience in the areas of Corporate & Commercial, Employment, Contract Law, Finance, M&A and Compliance. He has extensive legal, strategic and operational expertise and has worked with multiple international companies.

Walter holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Salzburg and a degree in law studies from Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, Austria. He is fluent in English, German and French.

Jackson Hitchon

Jackson Hitchon

General Manager, Europe and Hershey Trading

Jackson Hitchon is General Manager Europe and Hershey Trading. In this role, Hitchon is responsible for developing strategies and fostering partnerships that deliver accelerated, sustainable growth across Europe and the United Kingdom.

Hitchon is an international award-winning business leader. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Marketing for Hershey Canada, the company’s second-largest market. He was honored to be deemed one of Canada’s Top Marketers in 2019 by Strategy Magazine. He has also held the role of Director Customer Planning, Go to Market and Shopper Marketing on the Hershey Canada sales leadership team.

Hitchon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He also earned a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies and an Accounting Diploma from Western University in London, Ontario. Hitchon currently lives in the United Kingdom with his wife and two daughters.
